Rosa Barocca's Album wins the 2023 Juno award in the category of best Classical Album of the Year - Small Ensemble


The Album features Internationally acclaimed cellist Elinor Frey

Elinor Frey and Rosa Barocca’s Album “Early Italian Cello Concertos” on the Analekta label won the Juno Award for Best Classical Album of the Year (Small Ensemble) on March 11, 2023. The album features works by Tartini, Sammartini, Vivaldi and Leo, spanning a great deal of Italian geography and styles, as well as featuring Ms. Frey performing on two different violoncelli and two different bow-holds. The album has seen great success; enjoying much playtime on streaming as well as on radio. It has also received much praise from critics and listeners alike. It can be enjoyed and purchased on all major streaming sites.
